By accessing and using EstiDeck ("the Service"), provided by Kenning Corporation Limited, a New Zealand limited liability company, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). EstiDeck provides online deck calculation tools and material estimation services for DIY builders and construction professionals. The Service includes both free and premium features for planning and costing deck construction projects.

3. Use License and Restrictions

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial deck planning purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

4. Premium Services and Payment

4.1 Premium Features

Premium features include advanced cost calculations, structural analysis, bill of materials export, and additional layout options. Premium access is granted upon successful payment.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable
• Premium access is granted immediately upon successful payment
• No refunds are provided except as required by New Zealand consumer protection laws

• Any damages arising from reliance on calculations or estimates

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for premium services, if any.

8. Consumer Guarantees (New Zealand)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or other applicable consumer protection laws. If you acquire our services for personal, domestic, or household purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act will apply.
